The Peju Spice Collection
Created by popular demand, Chef Matthew decided to bottle his famous recipe essences after receiving highly-acclaimed reviews from members of his cooking classes, food and wine pairings and special events held at Peju’s Rutherford Estate. Chef Matthew uses organic, freshly picked herb blends to comprise his secret fusions. Each of the Peju spice jars is accompanied by one of Chef Matthew’s original recipes, including Chicken Curry, Seafood Paella, Andouille Sausage and Duck Gumbo, Chicken with Herbs de Provence and his famous Peju Starter Salad.
“Visitors to the Peju kitchen have been asking about our secret flavoring for years,” Chef Matthew said. “We’re excited to take a little bit of the mystery out of our dishes by offering these savory spices and convenient recipes.”
The Peju Kitchen Spice Collection is the perfect compliment to jazz up any dish. The Collection will be available for purchase on Monday, December 10 in the Peju Tasting Room and online in our gourmet section.
