Have you ever wondered: What food goes with what wine? Why does salt on food affect the wine? Can I serve Chardonnay with a steak? Our Chef will answer these questions and many more. We will take the mystery out of food and wine pairing. It doesn't matter whether you are an expert or a wine beginner - our Chef can teach you. You will explore food and wine pairing like never before and you will leave with a much greater knowledge. A special tour and private wine tasting will be given prior to the Wine Education Class.

Hands-on cooking classes

Your group will cut, chop, dice & sauté their way to a memorable experience and a great meal. You will then enjoy your culinary efforts family style at the Chef's table. Our Chef instructs the students in small intimate classes working side by side. You will be taught innovative cooking techniques working with professional cooking equipment and seasonal, organic ingredients. This "Hands-on class" begins with a private tour and tasting of the Peju award winning wines. Take home our Chef's packet of cooking information & techniques.

Looking for an enjoyable Team Building event for your employees or clients? Our Chef will customize a hands-on Culinary Team Building event to meet your specific needs! Food always brings people together. Culinary Team Building events promote creativity, communication and cooperation among participants, allowing them to relate together to create a better office environment. With the assistance of our Chef team members work together to prepare a gourmet meal in a comfortable culinary setting, and then "break bread" while enjoying their meal together at the Chef's table. Prior culinary experience not required! A private tour and a special wine tasting will be given prior to the Team Building event.
